Interior Design Blog by Emily Henderson I started this interior design blog in 2010 as a journal of my style and **** projects with the belief that design should be approachable, informational and accessible no matter what budget. As a **** style expert who has a strong commitment to peeling back the intimidating layers of the world of **** decor, and showing how every person can have a ********* **** that represents their personality, no matter what the budget. After styling for magazines and catalogues for years, I started my own interior design blog, won HGTV Design Star, and have gone on to host my own hit TV show Secrets from a Stylist, Author the book STYLED, and create the design firm Emily Henderson Design. My motto has always been to write and publish on my blog what I personally want to read about. My interior design blog remains personal, totally transparent and honest – documenting both proud and embarrassing design moments/mistakes and giving **** life pricing and expectations. I believe that your **** should look like you, that every room is soul-less without something ******* or antique. I also believe in having fun. Like, a lot of fun.

Hello Emily, Thanks for sharing great ******* makeover Ideas. Unless you’re renovating a cheap rental, I think this might be a bit of a false economy. Like zippy said, labor’s your *** cost here. Not only do I think it’s worth spending a bit to have a ******* you really like, you don’t want to cheap out and have to redo this sooner than you would’ve had to if you spent a little more and bought durable materials and good appliances. Saving a ****** thousand now won’t be a *** solace if you have chipped and peeling laminate in 10 years when a solid surface would likely have at least another 10 on it. Plus, if you plan on moving any time in the next decade, a cheapy ******* can hurt your **** value. You don’t want to over improve for the price level of your ****, of course, but a good ******* will raise the value and get your **** sold faster. My advice: If you don’t have enough ***** to do it right, then wait and save. If you have stuff that really isn’t functional, then get that fixed. If stuff is looking a little tired, some *** paint and cabinet hardware can do a lot.
